When you’ve found a piece you like, simply select your preferred colour and click Add to Cart.

You are welcome to continue browsing our collection — your items will remain safely in your cart, which you can access at any time by clicking the bag icon in the top corner of the page.

Please note that items placed in your cart are not reserved until your order has been completed at checkout.


Ready to place your order?

Once you’ve finished browsing, click the bag icon to review the items in your cart.

On the next page, you can adjust quantities if needed before selecting Proceed to Checkout.

You will then be guided through our secure checkout, where you can enter your delivery details and complete your payment safely.

Please note that once a tracking number has been issued, changes to the order are no longer possible, as this allows us to prepare and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible.


Delivery costs

Alice Bloom London offers free delivery on all orders within the UK.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order is shipped with a tracking number.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your personal tracking link.

Please allow a short time for the courier’s system to update and display tracking information.


How long does delivery take?

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on weekdays are typically prepared within 24 hours.

As our collections are carefully sourced and shipped through our trusted partners, the average delivery time is 5–10 business days.


Not home during delivery?

If you are not available when your parcel arrives, the courier may leave it in a safe place or attempt a redelivery, depending on their local delivery policy.

If this happens, the courier will normally leave a notification with further instructions.


Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address when placing an order.

Because orders are processed quickly, there is only a limited window for making changes.

Lost or stolen parcels

Alice Bloom London is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your parcel, please contact us promptly and we will gladly assist you in investigating the matter with the courier.


30-Day Return Guarantee

At Alice Bloom London, we offer a 30-day return period starting from the day your order is delivered.

If you decide that an item is not quite right, please contact us within this period and we will guide you through the return process.

Returned items should be unused, in reasonable condition, and returned with any accessories where possible.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.
