Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.
Once your return has been received and inspected at our returns centre, we will issue a refund for the product price.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of use, have been worn, or are not returned in their original condition.

Alice Bloom London does not offer free returns, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Secure packaging
Please package items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
Tracked service
Returns should always be sent using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping.
Returns Address
Once your return request has been approved, our team will provide you with the correct returns address and instructions.
Please do not send items to the sender’s address shown on the original shipping label, as returns sent there cannot be processed.

Please note that our returns processing centre is located overseas.
